Inder Singh is a certified Lean Portfolio Manager and Learning Leader with extensive experience in delivering multi-million dollar delivery and transformation programs across the globe. He is a skilled manager of Scrum Masters and a member of Shell's Lean Agile Practice Leadership team. Singh has played various roles and has proven experience as a Change Agent and Developer of People, with a passion for driving new ideas and leading teams to deliver fit-for-value results.

Singh has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Software Quality Management from Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research. He also studied Statistical Quality Control at Indian Statistical Institute and has a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a focus on Physics and Mathematics from CHRIST CHURCH P.G. COLLEGE. He completed high school at Puran Chand Vidya Niketan.

Singh's professional experience includes serving as the Lean Agile Competence Lead at Shell and formerly working as a Senior Manager - Consulting specializing in Agile, DevOps, and SAFe at Capgemini. He also served as an Associate Manager at Mindtree. Singh has global exposure, having lived and worked in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He holds a Greencard I-140 Petition Approval for the United States, has a SIN number for Canada, and an active business visa for the United Kingdom.
