Most Proud of:★ Challenge: We had a burgeoning machine learning team within our product development organization. Bright engineers and data scientists with great ideas who struggled to educate executives on the possibilities of machine learning or  create buy-in to productize their POCs.★ Approach: I mentored the ML team in developing an integrated machine learning strategy across our $600M business unit. I also coached them through pitching their individual proposals to executive leadership to generate greater awareness and understanding of ML principles at the executive level.
