Anke Pierik is a highly experienced Global Head of Organizational Ventures at Moon Creative Lab, where she leads the company's efforts to partner with Mitsui's Business Units and subsidiaries worldwide. Anke has a background in industrial design engineering, and she is highly skilled in human-centered design, innovation initiatives, and building multidisciplinary teams. Before joining Moon, Anke worked with various technology and robotics startups as a co-founder and advisor. She has also held several design leadership roles, including Design Director at Ford Motor Company's D-Ford Palo Alto office and Senior Design Lead at IDEO. Anke holds an MSc degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands.
