Led the design strategy shaping the product from an idea to launch focusing on service design, product usability, conceptualizing, customer journeys, and user testing. Disney Interactive partnered with Really Simple, where I transitioned to the YuDo product team at Disney headquarters pivoting our service into a new digital wallet app for kids and teenagers.

Took the product apart and went back to first principles, conducted in-house usability testing and card sorting to improve information architecture and wallet management to ensure participants were able to complete tasks seamlessly.

Responsible for streamlining a completely redesigned experience and user interface around discovering products and checkout flows for younger demographics while providing parents with visibility into where and how their children are shopping through more than 100,000 stores, restaurants, movie theaters and online shopping destinations.
