Kamal Masud, CFA is a multi-lingual finance professional with expertise in U.S. and emerging markets. He has several years of experience in Investment Banking, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Advisory, Capital Raise, and Business Development. Kamal has led execution teams in a fast-paced, global banking environment with over $1.5B in closed transactions.

Kamal studied Master of Business Administration, Finance at the University of California, Irvine, and Bachelor of Arts, Political Science at The Johns Hopkins University. His academic and professional career has developed strong abilities to use financial models and create marketing materials for valuation and investment thesis. Kamal ensures live deals reach their conclusion in an efficient time frame.

Kamal has been involved in financing and advisory roles on both the sell and buy-side for clients on the TMT banking team. His language skills and international experience have enabled him to work on cross-border deals with management teams from diverse locations, including Israel, China, Japan, India, and Canada.

Currently, Kamal is a Director at ROTH Capital Partners and has held previous roles as Vice President, Associate, Manager of Operations, Manager of Equity Sales, and Analyst at Salman Capital Investments.
