Alessandra Zielinski is an accomplished coach and consultant with extensive experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She specializes in capacity building for mission-driven organizations and executive coaching for rising leaders. With a Master's in International Relations from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar Ecuador and an MBA in Sustainable Global Enterprise from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, Zielinski has a broad educational background. As an independent consultant and coach at ACZ Consulting, LLC, she works with organizations on program development, fundraising, strategic planning, operational efficiency, board governance, and community engagement.

In addition to her consulting work, Zielinski also teaches intercultural communications at American University. She has lived and worked in seven countries across Europe, North America, and South America and mentored clients remotely in Asia and Africa. Zielinski's passion for education and access to opportunity stems from her background as a high school teacher. She has worked with various nonprofit organizations in education-focused roles, including as a board member, consultant, and mentor.
