Trained in sales and sales management by Xerox, Paul has developed and managed both tactical and strategic sales and marketing campaigns to Global 500 organisations. He is also acknowledged within the industry as a successful motivator of personnel, using the leadership by example model. He has a degree in Business Communication and Marketing from Brunel University and studied at Sir William Borlase.
