Pamela Thompson is an accomplished career coach, recruiter, and speaker with a wealth of experience in the visual effects, animation, and video games industries. She is the current Career Coach columnist for Animation World Network, and has provided staffing, recruitment, and talent acquisition services to top-tier companies such as Pixar, Disney, and Technicolor. As an expert in career counseling, job hunting strategy, and interview tips, she has given talks at SIGGRAPH, fmx, and numerous other industry conferences. She has also taught Career Strategies courses at Gnomon in Hollywood and served as the keynote speaker at Art Institute of Tampa's commencement ceremony.
