Prior to that, he served as Sr Manager, Sales Engineering, Latin America & Caribbean at Citrix and in various roles at Avaya, such as Senior Manager, Avaya Professional Services, Manager, Professional Services for Latin America, and Manager, Project Management & UC Practice. A former Field Product Manager and Senior Systems Engineer at Enterasys Networks, Alem started his career as a Trainee at 3Com.
