In joining Webforce3, I have the opportunity to work with a great team of innovators who are passionate and willing to design and implement new learning pathways, really accessible to all, that provide high quality, short and intensive training for existing and emerging jobs in the digital economy.
This new network of innovative schools is quickly developing across France (40 schools) and Luxemburg, while schools are about to be launched abroad in 2019. As general manager, I am notably looking forward to contribute to the development and coordination of the Webforce3 network and of its community of learners, teachers and partners.

As associate Director, I am in charge of contributing to the development of IRAE's activities. I also represent the Institute in a range of innovative programmes : member of the Advisory Board of Global Education Futures (<a href="http://www.edu2035.org">www.edu2035.org</a>), jury member and mentor of the Open Education Challenge (<a href="http://www.openeducationchallenge.eu">www.openeducationchallenge.eu</a>), etc. I also participate as speaker or moderator in various French and international conferences.

Director of the WISE team (Auditoire), in charge of strategy, institutional partnerships and editorial content for the Summit and the related programs. The World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) is a global platform dedicated to innovation in education which brings together 1,200 decision makers & experts from over 120 countries every year in Doha, Qatar.

Supervision of relations with Qatar Foundation’s institutional partners in the framework of WISE (ACU, AUF, IAUP, IIE, RAND Education, UNESCO).

In charge of the annual Summit program (choice of themes, session formats, selection of 150 speakers) and publications (print & online reports, brochures).

Supervision of various related initiatives: the organization of the WISE Awards (developing and monitoring the selection process, communication tools) and the WISE Prize for Education (nomination process, coordinating the work of the Jury, etc.); launching publications on the theme of innovation in education; defining the main editorial principles of the web platform <a href="http://www.wise-qatar.org">www.wise-qatar.org</a> (texts, video interviews, web documentaires, etc.) and organising the activities of the WISE Community.

Previously, from 2008, designing the main guidelines of the WISE Initiative: mission and objectives, organisational principles, development plan, etc.
