Rafael Diez is a highly skilled and motivated professional with over twenty years of experience in managing and delivering exceptional user experiences through well-crafted infrastructure, websites, and apps. He's an expert in agile methodologies, enterprise transformation, lean practices, and user experience. He's earned his stripes as a Certified Scrum Master and a specialist in agile transformation, and has a deep understanding of mobile engineering platforms, including Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, and Windows Phone.

He holds a Licentiate degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and has participated in the European Union Erasmus student exchange program at the University of Sheffield. Rafael is an experienced master degree lecturer and a former Account Executive for Abanico Networks.
