Karri Hautanen is a seasoned and dedicated executive with a vast marketing and communications background. He is driven towards providing the best customer experience, and as such has held several leadership positions in top-notch organizations. Hautanen studied at the Kolej Universiti HELP and Aalto University, where he obtained M.Sc. and Masters' Degrees in International Marketing, Asian Studies, Logistics, Electronic Commerce, and Marketing. Later, he earned his Ph.D. in Mobile Financial Services from Åbo Akademi.

Hautanen's career journey started at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Global Business Development Manager, where he learned the ropes of the industry. His skills and expertise caught the attention of Racon Business Development Ltd., where he worked as a Partner, Management Consultant, before joining Finpro as a Mobile Consultant. Later, he became Head of Services at Technopolis Plc before being promoted to Director, Marketing & Communications. His exemplary performance and leadership earned him the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Technopolis Plc, where he currently serves.

He is passionate about learning new ways of thinking and doing and has co-founded FinnMob, a Finnish Mobile Association, where he serves as an Advisory Board Member. Hautanen is a results-driven individual whose target-oriented approach has seen him create positive results in all his endeavors.
