Lara Rejane is an experienced IT professional and agile evangelist with over 20 years of experience at Itaú Unibanco, one of the largest banks in Brazil. She holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Master's in Technology with specializations in Management Information Systems, General, and Computer Systems Analysis. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Data Processing and Portuguese Language and Literature. Lara's diverse educational background has allowed her to master the art of balancing the technical and human aspects of IT teams effectively. She is currently IT Coordinator at Dev Advocates - Dev Experience at Itaú Unibanco, where she oversees the development and advocacy of best practices and customer-centric solutions. In addition to her day job, Lara is passionate about the Agile community, serving on the Board of Agile Alliance Brazil and holding multiple Agile certifications. She is also a certified Chief Happiness Officer, committed to creating happy and fulfilling workplaces.
