Thairo Arruda is a seasoned management consultant with a diverse range of skills and expertise in data analytics, cost and revenue management, process restructuring, demand planning, and much more. With 9 years of experience in top global firms, Thairo's project background spans multiple sectors, in both Latin America and the US. Thairo is also a successful entrepreneur and has founded and sold his first computing school before moving on to lead strategic projects in the biggest Latin American investment bank's treasury department.
Thairo is currently the Managing Partner at Matix Advisors and has previously worked for E2E Analytics and Cosin Consulting. He also interned at UNDP and was a Business Senior Analyst at Itaú BBA. Thairo has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, Brazil, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. During Yale, he founded the Yale Soccer Conference, which became the school's second-largest conference right from its inaugural year.
