Jordan Kassalow

Jordan Kassalow is an accomplished eye doctor, entrepreneur, and public health expert with a passion for social enterprise and philanthropy. With a Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry, Kassalow has established himself as a leading authority on preventative ophthalmology, international public health and corporate social responsibility. He then went on to study Public Health at The Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a M.P.H. degree.

Kassalow's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Scojo Vision LLC, which specializes in creating high-quality eyeglasses and reading glasses for people in Africa and Asia. He then co-founded VisionSpring, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable eyewear to people in need. His work in the nonprofit sector led him to establish EYElliance, a global coalition committed to increasing access to eyewear and vision care. Additionally, Kassalow has worked as the Founder of the Global Health Policy Program and Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, where he helped shape policies that promote access to health care worldwide.
