Alfonso Fischer is an accomplished executive with vast expertise in sales, marketing, and communication within the luxury, entertainment, and leisure sectors. He has worked with prestigious companies such as The Soneva Group, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and Madrid Convention Bureau. Fischer studied Tourism at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has received advanced training from various institutions, including Cornell University and INSEAD.

In 2008, Fischer established Be Marketing, which specializes in strategic planning and execution for hotels, destinations, and similar businesses. The consultancy firm has since attracted a loyal clientele that includes Soneva Hotels & Resort, Santiburi Resort Koh Samui, and Resplendent Ceylon. As owner and director of Be Marketing, Fischer has overseen its growth in quality and quantity, welcoming new partners, hotels, and destinations to engage in exciting development projects.

Fischer has also taken on several roles such as Representative Office South Europe for Pure Escapes and Country Director of Sales South Europe - DACH and CEE at The Soneva Group. He has also served as the Ambassador for Whole World Water, an organization seeking to eliminate the use of single-use plastic bottles in the hospitality industry.
