Sebastiaan Willen, the current Group Commercial at IWG plc, is a strategist, problem solver, and business leader with a data-driven approach. His work experience includes a position as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co and various roles within IWG, from commercial manager to global commercial director. Willen's diverse experience has endowed him with a comprehensive understanding of how to successfully scale a business, from developing high-potential products, creating customer journeys, to leveraging the latest digital (technology) trends within fast-growing organizations. Willen leads multicultural teams of peers, direct reports, and global agencies, always striving to bring out the best in those around him.

Willen began his educational path at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, studying business engineering, and continued his studies with a master's degree in finance from City University of Hong Kong. He co-founded Forever Passport and has mentored start-ups via Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC).
