Lonnie Carter is a seasoned subject matter expert with a proven track record in cyber security, counter-terrorism, and counterintelligence. With a strong background in military and intelligence operations, Carter has led and motivated cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure, sensitive, and challenging environments. He possesses exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and is adept at identifying problems and developing solutions to sustain operational performance while eliminating risks.

Carter studied at Humble High School before earning his bachelor's degree in Physics from Sam Houston State University. Additionally, he earned a Certificate in Arabic from the Defense Language Institute and an Associate's degree in Military Intelligence from Cochise College.

Carter's work experience includes serving as a Vice President at Bank of America. Prior to this, he worked at Joint Task Force Guantanamo as a Senior Counterterrorism Analyst/Debriefer and at the US Army / 18th Airborne Corps as an Interrogator. He was also a Senior HUMINT Collector at Multi-National Force-Iraq/Future Technologies, a Site Manager/Locally Employed Persons Screening Cell Manager at the Multi-National Force-Iraq/Future Technologies, and a Counterintelligence/Counterterrorism Analyst at US Army Europe/G2X/ATCICA. Furthermore, he served as the Texas State Director at Friends of Herman Cain.
