Heidi Swift is a highly-experienced creative problem solver with more than 20 years in the industry. With a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Seattle University, Heidi brings a unique perspective to her work, specializing in building best-in-class collaborative environments, systems, and teams. She has held leadership positions at Nike where she served as the Senior Director of Center of Design Excellence Initiatives, Design Operations Director for Nike Global Footwear, and Design Studio Manager for North America Product Creation. Prior to Nike, Heidi held positions at Jive Software and McCann. Her valuable skillset includes strategic problem-solving, diplomacy, collaboration, and data analysis. She firmly believes in keeping humanity at the center of problem-solving, and the importance of team creativity.
