He is a strong finance professional with exceptional skills in accounting, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), tax accounting, income tax, and internal controls.

Barel has held various top-level executive positions in reputable firms, such as Swimm, Lemonade, Kin Ecosystem, Colu, GetStocks, and PLYmedia. Additionally, he worked as an assistant controller at Ernst & Young, a CPA in the same firm, a customer service manager, and a sales representative at Kidum – Lachman (SAT), and served as a combatant and unit sergeant first class in the anti-aircraft combat unit at the Israel Defense Forces.

As the Head of Finance and Operations at Swimm, Barel is an expert in all aspects of the financial operation of the firm.
