Wayne Bischoff is a highly experienced professional in the field of cultural resources, with over 20 years of experience managing compliance projects, mostly in California. He is currently the Cultural Resources Director at Envicom Corporation, where he oversees cultural staff and handles all cultural resource projects, including archaeological paleontology, Native American consultation, and built environment projects. Wayne is responsible for authoring cultural resource sections of planning and permitting documents, and he works with planning teams on larger projects. He is also in charge of business development and project management tasks.

Wayne's expertise covers a wide range of project areas, including solar, wind, geothermal, and transmission line projects; defense, public works, education, residential and commercial development; telecommunication, mining, transportation, and water resources; and storm and sewer lines, industrial sites, and railroads. He has extensive experience working with multiple federal, state, and local agencies, including staff in the Counties of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Imperial, Kern, Santa Clara, Inyo, Mono, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and Orange. Wayne has also coordinated Native American Tribal consultation with most Central and Southern Californian Tribal Groups.

Wayne Bischoff holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology (Historic and Native American Archaeology) from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from Purdue University.
