Jacques Ambroise is a former RCMP officer turned entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast. He founded and owns CrossFit Montreal, which he started in 2005, and is currently the co-owner and president of CrossFit Laval. Jacques has used his experience as a police officer to transition into the world of business, and his knowledge of fitness to create successful gyms. He has also worked as a freelance commentator for the CrossFit Games, providing his expertise in the competition. Jacques studied modern languages, translation, and humanities at Bishop's University and Concordia University. He attended the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Academy and worked for the RCMP from 1995-2016. Jacques is a well-rounded individual with a variety of skills and passions that have led him to multiple successful ventures in business and fitness.
