Customer Success Account Manager

- Managing, planning, and quality control of daily IT support organization.
- Responsible for all patching strategies and implementations within pc environment
- Lead asset lifecycle management for pc and mobile environments.
- Assist branches in budgeting needs as it complies with our asset lifecycle management plan
- Project manage all implementation and deployments related to the Services Department
- Provide innovative and strategic solutions to address end user needs.
- Responsible for User Administration process planning
- Maintain multiple vendor relationships including forecasting, planning, negotiation, and contract review.
- Staff management of Services employees including project travel, acquisition support, and extended hours support.

- Provide customer service to end users while assessing needs and concerns.

- Provide phone support as part of IT helpdesk
- Diagnose and repair personal computers, mobile devices, and other various hardware.
