-  Managed organization’s Scholars Circle, an individual giving program whereby donors are paired with students and receive ongoing updates
-  Created and managed summer teaching fellowship by drafting language, screening applicants and working closely with Academic Director in East Africa

Development and Fundraising:
-  Identified, researched, and analyzed both existing donors and prospective donors for major, corporate, and foundation cultivation
-  Advanced the efforts of the Development Committee, Global Advisory Council, and Corporate Leadership Council by drafting content and serving as a point person for communications
-  Worked closely with the US Director of Finance on SalesForce to QuickBooks reconciliation issues including research and resolution of discrepancies
