Anne Slough is an accomplished sales leader with over 25 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, contact centers, and customer success. Having studied English and Communication at East Carolina University and being an MA in English herself, she has honed her communication skills to perfection. She possesses a unique perspective, having been a buyer, and deliverer of consulting, and training solutions before being recruited to create, deliver and sell consulting solutions. Her clients include organizations that believe in their people as primary differentiators and leverage processes and technology for optimal performance. Anne's strength lies in identifying the metrics that matter the most and designing solutions to impact these metrics.

Prior to her current role as Principal Analyst, Sales Operations Strategies at Forrester, Anne served as Vice President, Client Solutions, and Sales at LSA Global. Before that, she was Director of Sales and Service Practices, Customer Loyalty Practice Director and Senior Account Consultant at LSA Global. She has also worked as an Account Executive at Plateau Systems, Senior Director, eLearning Consultant at Brightline Compliance, Senior Vice President, Contact Center Practice at Omega Performance, and AVP, Call Center Manager at First Citizens Bank.
