Becky Carlson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR management. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Currently, Carlson serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at System1, formerly OpenMail. She is also a former Board of Directors member - VP, Secretary at STAC (Seattle Talent Acquisition Collaborative). Before that, she has held senior recruiting and technical recruiting positions at Blucora and Infospace (Blucora Company), respectively. She began her career in HR as a recruiting coordinator at Amazon.com.

Carlson's experience extends to college technical recruiting at Microsoft and recruiting at Eddie Bauer. She possesses a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) by the Society for Human Resource Management.
