I consulted and advised the Executive Management Team (EMT) and led two key projects. The first: EMT on the Move, is a new initiative, set to launch at the end of November to increase senior leadership visibility and promote two-way communication between frontline colleagues and the leaders of the business. The second project, that I project managed focussed on the importance of great Customer Experience. Customer Experience is key to any organisation and with my professional sector background, I put together a proposal, that aligned with National Customer Experience Week, held in October, and how the A2 Dominion Group (A2D G) can devise a 12-month programme of activity to engage colleagues, share best practice and launch the new organisation values in 2020. The central key message for colleagues is no matter where they sit within the organisation, they all have a part time to play to make sure A2D G has the best reputation for providing excellent customer service.

Reported directly to  Group Head of Internal Communications. I led a successful, group-wide corporate campaign, to mark the one-year anniversary, of the merger, of LCG. I engaged with global senior stakeholders with a creative campaign to instil the culture of one team, one voice and maximised IC channels to reach colleagues geographically spread in UK stores and support offices globally.
