Alejandro Almodovar

Alejandro Almodovar, a California-based attorney, has a strong background in law and political science. With a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University, he has a broad range of expertise in legal affairs.

Before joining Square as Corporate Counsel, Alejandro worked as an Associate at Fenwick & West, where he also served as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate. Alejandro has also worked for Morrison & Foerster LLP as a Corporate Summer Associate and for Berkeley Law New Business Counseling Practicum as a Practicum Associate.

Apart from his legal career, Alejandro has worked as a Station Manager for John Delaney For Congress, a Paralegal at Schultz & Trombly, PLLC, a Legal Assistant at The Law Office of George Almodovar, and as the Captain for The George Washington Varsity Soccer Team.
