Estefanía Bermejo is an accomplished eCommerce Director with experience managing online businesses and implementing digital strategies to enhance customer experience. She studied Licenciada in Journalism at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and completed post-graduate studies in Communication and Marketing at TRACOR. Additionally, she has an Expert degree in Social Media Management and Marketing Online from Unidad Editorial Conferencias y Formación.

Bermejo has worked for well-known organizations such as Kiwoko, Minsait, and Ulabox, where she served as Ecommerce Manager, Senior Consultant for Ecommerce & Customer Experience, and Head of Customer Experience, respectively.
