Conrado Sylla

Conrado Sylla is a dedicated Economics student at PUC-Rio and works as an intern at RJZ Cyrela. He began his professional journey by working on projects for small and medium-sized enterprises, then transitioning to a project management role at a junior company before moving on to his first internship at Stone Pagamentos and presently at RJZ Cyrela.

Throughout his career progression, Conrado has gained valuable insights and skills. At the junior company, he learned the basics of team management and strategic decision-making. His role as an analyst at Stone emphasized the importance of customer-centric approaches in business. Currently, at RJZ Cyrela, he focuses on enhancing his critical analysis and process improvement planning.
