Andy Heddle is a highly skilled retail and e-commerce business executive, with extensive experience working with both start-ups and established businesses. Having served as the Vice President of Business Development at Vista Outdoor Inc., and the Managing Director D2C Commerce at VMLY&R, he has developed a reputation as a seasoned professional in the industry. Andy is also an advisor and investor in several tech start-ups, and a mentor at the Techstars/Target Retail Accelerator 2016.

Andy's most recent venture, Go Condition, a sports Nutrition, Supplement and Equipment brand, supports the preparation, endurance, and recovery of people who live, work and play hard in the outdoors.

Andy holds a degree in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Business School Executive Education and a BH (Honors), English & Philosophy degree from the University of Bristol.
