- Work as Cross-team coordinator from R&D Mobile QA Platform to focus on mobile knowledge/info. studying, learning, experience sharing, and contributing to mobile QA testing process standard• Work as DevOps team lead to evaluate, research, survey, invest, elaborate DevOps'​ latest news, concept, process, culture, tools, and organization and propose to R&D WSE team (Web Service Engineering) to find out best fit WSE's DevOps Operation Management and provide advise accordingly, including end-to-end monitoring, service monitoring visibility system which integrate monitoring, ticketing, reporting, and portal service for cloud service operation• Work as P0 commander from R&D WSE Service owners to coordinate with R&D/Data Center Service/Corp. & Regional IT to rapidly find out the possible root cause and take necessary actions based on BCP (Business Continuity Plan) concept and consideration to reduce customer impact.• Work as Software Architect to research, survey, and evaluate Public Cloud vendors information and their technologies, design, share, and deploy proposed infrastructure and solution, encourage, drive, and lead members to support Trend Micro Consumer Next generation Cloud Service Infrastructure and make standard• Work as a P0 Retrospective commander from WSE team to host regular/on-demand meeting to deliver RCA (Root Cause Analysis), service operation SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and focusing on how to rescue P0 (Priority Zero and mean running service is out-of-service and treat it as highest priority to recover it back) efficiently and effectively, and prevent P0 from occurring again or similar situation
