Debbie Winkelbauer
Debbie Winkelbauer is a CEO and former research scientist with extensive experience in the healthcare, biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. Her focus is building relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers, which drive the success of her executive search firm, Surf Search Inc. Debbie and her team choose to work on contingency, preferring to spend their time working with serious hiring managers who are efficient in their hiring process. They work with companies nationwide and offer free resume and career advice to new graduates. Debbie has a background in biology, chemistry, and visual arts, having studied at UC San Diego, and previously worked in pharmaceutical sales at Berlex Laboratories and as a research scientist in UCSD's Department of Medical Genetics.
