Ryan Jensen

Ryan Jensen is a highly experienced customer success professional with demonstrated expertise in SaaS, higher education, employee development, and services industries. With a BS in Management, Marketing, and Global Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, Ryan has developed a unique set of skills in management, leadership, analysis, enterprise account management, learning & development, organizational follow-through, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Ryan is currently the Director of Customer Success at Jolt, where he leads and develops teams and is a former Senior Enterprise CSM at Jolt. He has also spent considerable time at Instructure, where he served in positions such as Strategic Accounts CSM, Enterprise CSM Manager for Bridge, and was an integral part of the company's growth. Besides Instructure and Jolt, Ryan has held several leadership positions, including VP of Growth, and Sr. Director of Customer Success at Sidewalk, Inc., Campus Director at Mount Washington College, Director of Strategic Projects in the New England Region at Kaplan.

Ryan has also been an Advisory Board Member at Provo College, Sales Manager at Utah Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau, Brazil Country Director at HELP International, and Regional Sales Representative at Education Planning Solutions.

When not working, Ryan enjoys trivia and is an avid "Seinfeld" fan. He welcomes any trivia questions about the show with open arms.
