Angel Yeh is an accomplished digital experience and product design leader with a plethora of experience in the tech industry. Possessing a progressive track record, Angel has an exceptional understanding of UX research, user feedback, quantitative and qualitative data analytics, and business objectives. She has successfully driven product strategy and vision to ensure customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion. Angel has a deep-rooted passion for building user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.

Her academic background includes studying Certified ScrumMaster at Scrum Alliance, Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, Interactive Multimedia from York University, and Professional Communication Program at the University of British Columbia.

Angel has held various senior executive roles in her career. She is currently the Senior Experience Architect - Practice Lead AMERs at Salesforce, where she is driving product vision and roadmap, prioritizing work that provides the most value, and driving iterations at high velocity. She also served as the Associate Instructor, User Experience Design at BrainStation, Product Design Lead (Remote) at Thoughtexchange, and UX and Product Design Strategy Consultant at Hummingbird Digital Inc. to name a few. She has facilitated cross-department product design strategy sessions, providing consistent customer experience in all channels.
