Jonathan Wilcox
Jonathan Wilcox is a seasoned corporate communications and public affairs consultant with over 25 years of experience providing strategic counseling, executive speechwriting, and media training to public and private sector clients. He co-founded nonprofit organizations, Patients Rising and Patients Rising NOW, serving as Policy Director. He has been featured as a commentator on national and international networks and written editorial commentaries for various publications, including the Wall Street Journal and National Review. In addition to serving as an Adjunct Professor at USC's Annenberg School for Communication, he is also a Fellow in USC's Unruh Institute of Politics. Wilcox has provided speechwriting services to corporate executives and politicians, including the Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch and California Governor Pete Wilson. He served as Communications Director for Rescue California and Senior Consultant for Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch. Wilcox also held senior positions in both the U.S. House of Representatives and Department of Health and Human Services. He was a Principal at Public Strategies Incorporated and managed Southwestern Bell Communications' multi-state ventures, including the "open access" campaign that led to landmark legislation in St. Louis. Wilcox is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
