Doug Rand is a highly accomplished professional with an interdisciplinary background in law, business, and biology. He holds a JD and MBA from Yale and AB and MA degrees from Harvard. Rand has a strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and public policy. He has worked in various organizations such as the White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy and as President and Co-Founder of Boundless Immigration, helping immigrants navigate the complicated process of obtaining legal status in the United States. Currently, he serves as a Senior Fellow at the Federation of American Scientists, where he conducts research on science and technology policy, the regulatory landscape for emerging technologies, and innovation policy. Rand is also a successful entrepreneur and founded both StageGrade and Playscripts, Inc.
