- Manage enterprise client relationships and provide account management to accounts- Trusted advisor and first point of contact for all technical and account management functions for these enterprise clients; built these relationships using a blend of technical and personal interactions and by dedicating my efforts towards their success- Act as escalation point to resolve business critical product and malware issues- Manage highly visible and escalated product and malware issues by understanding the problem, collecting accurate environment and debug log information, and providing daily status updates - Liaison between client and internal engineering team to efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve product issues and malware outbreaks within strict timelines- Provide phone and email support for enterprise clients to resolve technical product and - Host weekly and monthly status calls to communicate case history, review and discuss new malware threats, and assist to highlight any product or environmental vulnerabilities that may exist.  - Educate clients on the effective use of Trend Micro products for optimal performance and malware protection
