Ronald Sia

Ronald Sia is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in general commercial compliance, advertising law, patent practice, trademark strategy, product liability law, labor and employment, technology transactions, and litigation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with Cum Laude honors from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. He has also studied Chinese IP Summer Institute and Chinese Legal Systems at Tsinghua University.

Currently, Ronald serves as the Associate General Counsel - Global Lead Technology, Innovation & Brand at SimpliSafe. Previously, he held key positions at AINA Wireless, Zepteon, Inc., Procter & Gamble, and New England Corporate Counsel Association, among others.

Throughout his career, Ronald has demonstrated proficiency in providing operations support, managing patent portfolios, developing brand equity strategies, handling product liability issues, and facilitating technology transactions and talent/sponsorship agreements. He is also well-versed in digital advertising, promotions, and charity programs.
