Michael Neril
Michael Neril is a seasoned technology startup expert with 20 years of experience as an advisor, investor, co-founder or operator. He founded Spider Capital, a seed-stage venture capital firm that invests in technology-driven companies building enterprise cloud and SaaS platforms, driving industry's digital transformation. Michael co-founded Webb Investment Network (WIN) from 2010 to 2014, where he led all investment activities, focusing on enterprise cloud and vertical SaaS platforms, investing in over 50 companies across these sectors. Prior to WIN, Michael worked at LiveOps, where he managed business development for its cloud-based work marketplace and incubated its fastest-growing product line.
Michael started his career advising venture-backed startups on M&A and corporate finance activities at ING Barings' Technology Group. He is a mentor at several startup accelerators and a native San Franciscan. Michael studied International Relations at Tufts University and attended The College Preparatory School.
