Mohammed Rafiq is an accomplished technology leader hailing from the enterprise cloud collaboration, Fintech, communication, and social consumer space. With over 15 years of experience in this realm, he has honed his expertise in leading globally distributed software engineering teams and driving customer-focused business efforts. Rafiq holds a degree in BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Throughout his career, he has held a range of positions across distinguished organizations, including Brex, Atlassian, and Microsoft. He served as the Head of Engineering for Card and Product Engineering at Brex and held the position of Head of Engineering for Bitbucket at Atlassian. He also spent time at Microsoft, where he led the development of Yammer UK and served as the Head of Services Engineering & Yammer UK. His extensive experience in the technology landscape also involves research work as a Research Assistant at Stanford University BioMedical Institute.
