Prosci Christine Hennessey is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in change management, communication, and public relations. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and has worked with various organizations in different capacities throughout her career. Currently, she serves as the Senior Manager of IT Training and Change Management at Clarios where she oversees the corporate IT training program and supports the company's global transformation initiatives. Prior to this position, she held several consulting roles at Johnson Controls, Hennessey Consulting, LLC, Oshkosh Corporation, and Allstate Insurance Company, among others. Her extensive experience includes strategic planning, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, employee communications, and media relations. Hennessey is also the former President of Hennessey Consulting, LLC, and has worked as a communications and multimedia manager at the Chicago Tribune and PNC Financial Services Group.
