Elena Moman is an accomplished HR Generalist with significant experience working with large enterprises. Currently employed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Elena is responsible for managing a wide range of HR-related functions such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Her extensive experience in human resources coupled with her well-honed interpersonal skills make her an invaluable member of any team.

Prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Elena held various key positions in HR departments including roles at Procter & Gamble and General Electric where she contributed significantly to the success of the businesses she supported. Elena currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from the Eckerd College.

An active participant in the HR community, Elena often gives talks and workshops on employee engagement, retention and effective performance management. In her free time, Elena enjoys hiking, swimming and spending time with her family.
