Following the merger with United Way of Greater Nashville, responsible for strengthening partnerships with funders, political, and community leaders. Leadership and development of Williamson County Advisory Council and integrally involved with the development of strategic planning, increasing financial resources and directing community investments.

July 2012 to November 2019 (merged with United Way Greater Nashville)Primarily responsible for developing the strategies and policies needed to ensure that the organization would meet/exceed goals set by the Board of Directors. Recruited and promoted Managers and department heads as well as monitored the organization’s budget and financial activities. In addition, monitored other performance indicators while continually seeking to identify ways to reduce costs, improve performance, and expand programs in an ongoing effort to exceed goals.

President and CEO United Way Williamson County

Responsible for maximizing organizational performance. Liaise with the board of directors and major donors, managed the strategic plan and resource development team, created a healthy work environment, and oversaw revenue growth and general operations while working alongside the CEO.

Executive Vice President, United Way of Williamson County

Staff leadership and management, development of current corporate relationships, and securing new business. Responsible for the evaluation and implementation of the overall fundraising strategies of the organization, as well as promoting year-round community involvement through fundraising activities, volunteerism, and increased awareness of United Way's mission.

Vice President Campaign, United Way of Williamson County

Responsible for generating revenue through facilitating workplace giving campaigns and coordinating special events. Analyzing reports to aid in establishing and achieving ambitious goals.
