Lori Eberly, LCSW is an accomplished executive coach and founder of Radius ECD, a woman-owned business that provides executive coaching and development services. Eberly has an educational background in Social Work, having earned her Master's degree from Portland State University and her Bachelor's degree from Malone College.

Prior to launching Radius, Eberly worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Providence Health & Services, where she supported hospice care. She later served as Programs/Services Manager and Director at National MS Society before going freelance as an executive coach.

Eberly's leadership principles are rooted in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and building trust. Through her work, she helps clients identify their strengths and challenges while fostering belonging in their workplaces. Her approach incorporates neuroscience and trauma-informed practice, as well as a willingness to address taboo topics.

As a former member of Business for a Better Portland and facilitator at Oregon Humanities, Eberly's interest in advocating for marginalized groups is evident. She leads a team of diverse professionals, including BIPOC and queer individuals, and specializes in neurodiversity.
