Kadison studied Business, Finance, and Real Estate at the University of Denver and obtained his degree from the Daniels College of Business. Throughout his career, he has held numerous high-ranking positions, including being the Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder, and Producer at Imperative Entertainment, the CEO, and Producer at Blacklight Transmedia, and the Vice President of Production at 20th Century Fox, among others.

Kadison has had great success in developing IP across multiple platforms while increasing brand value and generating additional income. He is the President and Owner of Polymath Group and has previously served as a board member and investor at Brazos Resources, Inc. His expertise and extensive experience in technology, film, television, and gaming have made him a well-rounded individual in the media industry.
