Mike Lion is a highly experienced business consultant and leadership coach. With over two decades of experience in IT programming, he has worked in various roles such as analyst, project manager, change manager, training manager, testing manager, quality manager, HR, Comms, procurement - you name it, he's managed it. He specializes in international enterprise IT solutions program and project management with proven global deliveries, change management, quality management, training management, L&D (leadership and executive development) as well as business continuity and DR.

Mike studied Military and Strategic Leadership from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire. He also has a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Salford.

Mike loves helping young leaders and both experienced and inexperienced PM's to learn new things. He helps organizational groups improve or step up to meet a challenge head-on or coaches executives to step into their fears and succeed. He is steeped in the "Art" of Coaching, successful Coaching, and Mentoring of PM methodologies (Prince2, PMP), and QA strategies (ITQSB) across large multicultural communities. His professional accomplishments include successful authorship and sought after speaker engagements.
