Tom Cunningham is an experienced Lead Designer with an extensive background in user experience, product, and interface design. He has a particular interest in web and mobile design, UI design, motion graphics, and prototyping. Tom is a course creator and video instructor of UX design with the UX Design Institute. He is a creative thinker and a highly motivated doer with a broad skill set to match his proficiency in designing products that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

Previously, Tom has worked with clients such as Honeywell, Fenergo, Oireachtas, Cisco, Zurich International, Vodafone, AIB, Citi, Kerry Foods, Airtricity, Glanbia, Goodyear, Concern, Tayto, and many others. His educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design from Coláiste Dhúlaigh and a BA (Hons) in Visual Communications Design, Graphic Design, Web Design & Motion Graphics from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.

Currently, Tom is a Senior Product Designer (Design Systems) at Workday. Before this, he worked at AmTrust Innovation Labs as Lead Designer and at Each&Other as Senior Designer and podcast host. Tom has also served as a digital design consultant for Liberty Insurance, a visual designer at iQ Content, digital designer at The Creative District, digital intern at Rothco, and graphic designer on a freelance basis.
