Renowned real estate professional, Jamie Safley has made a name for herself in the apartment leasing industry. She currently holds the position of Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager at the lease-up HWH Luxury Living in downtown Los Angeles. Her responsibilities include overseeing leasing activities, managing the property, and leasing brand new apartment homes. Jamie's tenure with HWH Luxury Living began in February 2020, during the pandemic, and in its beginning lease-up. In addition to her leasing responsibilities, Jamie oversaw the renovation of the historic Herman W. Hellman Building, preserving its historical features while adding modern finishes and a brand new amenity rooftop.

Jamie Safley has a proven track record of being a high performer in leasing in lease-ups in Denver, Colorado, Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Korea Town, West Los Angeles, and San Diego. Her journey in the leasing industry began at Greystar, where she leased luxury brand new apartment homes at a brand new construction lease-up Elan Union Station in March of 2015 through its sale. Jamie's exceptional performance at Elan Union Station earned her accolades such as the Rising Star Award, the $2 Million Club, One of The Best Shops in the Mountain Region, and 100% Top Shops.

Jamie's success continued when she joined The REMM Group, where she leased luxury apartment homes at a new construction lease-up named THE ROY. She accomplished leasing up the community ahead of schedule in just seven months in July 2019, and she received 100% on Shops at THE ROY, making her one of the Top Tier Performers of May 2019, June 2019, and July 2019. Jamie's other notable accomplishments include Leasing luxury brand new apartment homes at the lease-up EVIVA on Cherokee, where she received 100% Top Shops.

Before pursuing a career in property management, Jamie's post-college career involved counseling adolescents and veterans. She also has experience as a business owner. She created "Novel Women," a networking community of over 800 women with the mission to support and inspire each other.

Jamie Safley has a Broker's License in Colorado and holds a Master of Arts in Counseling & Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a diploma in Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in Australia-Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Minor Women's Studies from Saint Catherine University.
