Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

- Performed vulnerability and risk assessments on a GPS III Satellite subsystem software via static code analysis.
- Helped to build a software GPS III Satellite Simulator which will be used for dynamic code testing.
- Performed "fuzzing" dynamic code analysis on a software package used in the Next Generation Operation Control System for GPS.

- Helped to implement back-end REST API (Node.js) for an online learning classroom without any prior javascript experience

- Responsible for designing, writing, debugging, and testing treatment delivery control software for the Cyberknife: a cancer surgery robot.
- Designed and implemented the front-end user GUI using C++ and QT Libraries.

- Responsible for generating, reviewing, tracking, and executing, ~ 1000 test cases using
IBM Rational DOORs.
- Use of IBM Rational Clearquest to track bugs and anomalies in integration and testing phase (~300 bugs).
- Assisted DQA team in running end to end system’s tests on the Cyberknife.

- Conducted research on Kernel Principal Component Analysis as a member of Susan Holmes’ research group in the department of Statistics at Stanford University.
- Use of ggplot, ggobi, and SciPy library's in R to implement Kernel PCA on DNA sequencing data, using dimension reduction techniques and data visualization to perform exploratory data analysis,
- Designed coursework and datasets for Stanford Course Stats 191-Biostatistics.
